On our arrival in Rome, will we find someone that will take us to the B & B?
If require it we will commission a person to meet you. A service which will cost € 25. € 50 after 10:00 PM. But If you print the maps that you will find on the web site you will easily be able to reach it on your own in just a few minutes by foot.
You will nevertheless be able to contact us by telephone.

Are there any specific times for arrival and departure?
Unless previously agreed, the arrival time will be between 14:00 and 22:30 and departure before 12:00.

If we were to arrive before 14:00 o depart after 12:00, could we leave our luggage with you?
Of course.

Where can we park the car?
In areas like Termini and the Vatican , as well as in some other central areas, there are spaces indicated by blue lines where you can park for € 1.00 per hour. The hours of the day when you must pay for parking are usually from 8am to 8pm , and until 11pm in some parts of town. The tickets can be purchased either at the vending machines along the sidewalk (which take coins only), tabacchis, or newsstands. There are also some large public and private parking garages around the city. The most accessible are ParkSi (in the Villa Borghese; € 1.15 per hour for the first three hours, € 0.90 per hour from four to 15 hours, or € 14.45 per day). Other options include Parking Ludovisi, Via Ludovisi, 60, open from 5:30am to 1:30am (1 st to 5 th hour €2euro per hour, 6 th hour onwards €1 per hour or €18 per day), and Parking Termini, in front of the main train station, open from 6am to 1am (€5 for 2 hours, €2.00 per hour from the third to the twelfth hour, €0.70 per hour after 12 hours). Another option is the parcheggi di scambio, parking lots located near Metro stations a bit further away from the historical center of Rome (like Anagnina and Cinecittà on Line A, or Ponte Mammolo on Line B. From there, you can simply take the Metro into the center. At € 1.55 per day, the parking is very economical, but the lots are unattended.

Note: Non-resident cars are not allowed to drive in the historical center. If you are bringing a car to Rome , we recommend that you park it in the Termini or Vatican area and use public transportation (or your own two feet) to explore the historical centre.

Can we pay with a credit card?
We can accept cash in euro upon your arrival.
The only way we can accept credit cards is thru PayPal. With PayPal, you can pay for your purchase and service request or pay confirmation to service using any major credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa). You can also send payment using your existing PayPal funds or by sending an "electronic check" from your own checking account. If you do not already have a PayPal account, it only takes about 5 minutes and is very easy to set up! Make a payement.

In order to be sure of the reservation, should we leave a deposit?
The deposit required to confirm your reservation is 35% of the rental rate.  You must sign your rental agreement and send it back to us along with your deposit within 10 days of booking your reservation.  Deposits not received within that time period will be cancelled without any notice. A receipt will be sent to you (email or snail mail) when we have received your deposit.l. It will be your kind consideration to warn us as soon as possible in case you are unable to come.

Can we reserve only one night?
We are sorry but for organizational reasons the minimum stay is two nights.

Will we share the apartment with you and with other people?
If you reserve the entire apartment you will be completely independent, you will enter with your own keys and no one will disturb you.

At night, should we return within a certain time?
Absolutely not, you will be able to enter with the keys at any time. You will only have to try to avoid making too much noise.

Can we safely leave our things in the room or in the apartment?
If you lock the door no one will be able to enter. We would be the only ones able to open, for example to close the windows left open in case of bad weather. You can trust us.

Benefits

We are three couples, could we have three different sets of keys?
Certainly.

How and at what time will breakfast be served?
The timing will not be a problem. You will find everything ready in the kitchen even if you wake up late. You will only have to heat the milk or the water for the tea, turn on the gas under the coffee maker, open the refrigerator and serve yourself.

If we were to prefer having breakfast outside, where could we go?
There is a good bakery close by.

And for lunch and dinner?
There are many different options. There are very good restaurants close by, trattorie and pizzerie without counting bars and ice cream places.

Can we use the kitchen during the day?
If you are alone in the apartment you will be able to do so with discretion. Naturally avoid organizing lunches, dinners or parties with friends…

Where could we buy something to eat? In the nearby stores and supermarkets or in the nearby "pizzeria al taglio".

Should we bring with us towels and such?
No. Naturally bed sheets and towels are included.

Requirements

Is the tap water drinkable?
Certainly. The Rome aqueduct supplies great quality water and constantly controlled. You will nonetheless find a bottled mineral water in the refrigerator upon your arrival.

Can we smoke?
Smoking leaves odors that remain in the room which many people find disturbing. We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking.

Can we bring our dog or cat with us?
We love animals but also in this case it would be better to avoid bringing them because not all people appreciate them. Let us nonetheless know your preferences.

Can we rely on you for any other information?
Surely. We will do our best to please you.
