You can choose to rent ALL THE FLAT or ONLY ONE ROOM.

So What is This About?

ROOM - rate per night (€)

• prices are per room per night, continental breakfast and all taxes included.
• special discounts for stays longer than one week.
• to confirm your reservation is required a credit card (tipe of credit card, holder, expiry date, number and security code) or a 30% of the total amount in advance.
• payment: cash or credit card when you arrive

• double room ensuite: min. 85 max. 110
• double room: min. 70 max. 90
  
• single room: min. 40 max 50
• extra bed: euro 15 ( children under 12 years free of charge).
  

Extras if you want :

- Daily cleaning Room € 20.00

- Linen change per person € 10.00

Check-in: from 12.00pm (midday) to 01.00pm. Different times, can be arranged if advised in due time.
Check-out: within 10.30am

Participation

APARTMENT - rate per night (€)

Max capability: 2-8 persons.
Ample and bright, the furnishings are fine and completely renewed. Kitchen available.

Rate's discount maybe applied according to the staying lenght.

The rate includes:
• first furnishings of towels/sheets
• cleaning service and linen change every 4 days (for staying more than 6 days)
• kitchen use
• consumption
Breakfast not included.

- Daily cleaning Apartment € 50.00

- Linen change per person € 10.00
